We're looking for an experienced Landscape Construction Foreman who can take ownership of projects from start to finish, lead a crew with confidence and humility, and consistently deliver exceptional craftsmanship. This isn't a position where someone will be standing over your shoulder telling you what to do every hour. We're looking for a trusted leader who can make good decisions, solve problems, develop employees, and keep projects moving forward. What You'll Be Responsible For Lead daily field operations for landscape construction projects, including patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage systems, and landscape installations. Organize crews, assign responsibilities, and maintain productive workflows. Interpret project plans, layouts, elevations, and installation specifications. Ensure work meets our standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Identify problems, develop solutions, and communicate when decisions require approval. Manage materials, equipment, jobsite organization, and daily production. Teach, coach, and mentor crew members. Communicate project progress, challenges, and needs to company leadership. Experience & Qualifications Demonstrated experience in landscape construction, hardscaping, excavation, grading, or related construction work. Experience leading crews or independently coordinating field projects. Ability to read layouts, understand elevations, and maintain installation standards. Ability to operate relevant construction equipment safely. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage daily jobsite operations with limited supervision. Commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Pay:

$28.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 50.0 per week
