lead jobs, coordinate trades and inspectors, read drawings, solve field problems, and take ownership without being micromanaged. Commercial work only. Steady, year-round, and we don't send good people home when the work slows down. We're looking for plumbers who can run work

Three starting bands:
$55
60/hr
Senior Foreman / Project Lead / Master-Level. Experienced leaders who can run larger commercial jobs and small crews. Room to go higher for the right master-level candidate with backflow and large-project leadership

Licensed Journeyman with Lead / Foreman Ability. Journeymen who can run their own work and lead on the job. $40

Standard Licensed Journeyman. Licensed journeymen building toward lead and foreman work. Every level includes guaranteed 40 hours per week, a take-home company truck or van

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Run and install commercial plumbing from rough-in to finish
water, gas, sanitary, storm, drain, vent, and mechanical piping
Read blueprints, shop drawings, specs, and layout plans
Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, inspectors, customers, and other trades
Lay out work, plan material, and keep jobs moving
Diagnose and solve field issues efficiently and to code
Keep job sites clean, organized, safe, and professional
Mentor apprentices and helpers when needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Active State of Michigan (LARA) Journeyman or Master Plumber license
required
Valid driver's license
required
Commercial plumbing experience strongly preferred; 5+ years hands-on field experience preferred
Ability to run your own work and keep it moving without being micromanaged
Clean workmanship, pride in the trade, strong communication, and personal accountability
Foreman or project-lead experience; ability to run larger commercial jobs or small crews
Strong blueprint, layout, and coordination ability
Experience with mechanical rooms, underground, rough-in and finish, gas, water distribution, sanitary, storm, and vent systems
Proven reliability and strong communication
