Responsibilities Lead and supervise landscape construction crews on residential projects. Read and interpret landscape plans, construction drawings, and site layouts. Install paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, fire features, drainage systems, landscape lighting, planting beds, and other outdoor living features. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards. Train, mentor, and motivate crew members while promoting teamwork and accountability. Coordinate daily tasks, equipment, and material needs. Operate skid steers, mini excavators, compact equipment, and various construction tools safely. Perform accurate site layout and grade elevations using laser levels and measuring equipment. Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project. Identify and resolve job site issues before they become problems. Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites. Complete projects on schedule while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Uphold Silva Landscapes' reputation for professionalism and outstanding workmanship. Skills 3+ years of landscape construction experience required. Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred. Experience installing pavers, retaining walls, drainage systems, and planting projects. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus). Ability to read landscape plans and construction drawings. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated. High attention to detail with pride in producing quality work.
