In this vital role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules. Your leadership will drive project efficiency, quality, and safety standards while fostering a collaborative work environment. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong background in construction management with proven supervisory skills. Duties Supervise and manage construction crews to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide team activities. Coordinate construction schedules using industry-standard software such as Primavera P6 and Construction Management Software to meet deadlines. Review construction drawings and schematics for accuracy; oversee blueprint reading and technical interpretation. Enforce OSHA regulations and federal construction safety standards to maintain a safe work environment for all personnel. Manage project budgets, track costs, and assist with construction estimating using HeavyBid or similar tools. Oversee quality control processes, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure compliance with construction regulations. Communicate effectively with management, clients, subcontractors, and team members to facilitate smooth project execution. Supervise subcontractors and manage crew scheduling; ensure proper use of tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing when necessary. Review contracts and manage change orders; ensure adherence to project scope and specifications. Experience Proven experience in heavy civil or commercial construction management roles with demonstrated supervisory responsibilities. Extensive construction site experience with a strong understanding of construction safety management and federal safety regulations (OSHA). Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, Management tools, and Construction Scheduling platforms. Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and technical documents related to pipelines or other specialized projects. Strong background in managing teams in a fast-paced environment; excellent managerial communication skills essential for supervising crews effectively. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and budgeting practices for large-scale projects. Knowledge of construction regulations applicable to commercial projects; experience supervising safety protocols on-site. Ability to read electrical schematics and utilize testing equipment like ohmmeters when required for electrical components inspection.
