Job Description Job Description Job Description Electrical Foreman - Full-Time Position We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman for full-time employment. The ideal candidate will have experience leading and supervising electrical crews on commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage electrical installations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Lead and coordinate a team of electricians, providing direction and support. Ensure work meets all safety standards and compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC). Perform electrical installations, including conduit and wiring, and oversee quality control. Maintain a safe and organized work environment for the team. Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and team members. Ensure proper tool and equipment use, maintenance, and safety practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrical Foreman or in a similar leadership role. In-depth knowledge and understanding of the NEC and safety regulations. Extensive experience with commercial electrical projects. Ability to install and supervise installation of all types of conduit and wiring. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining quality and safety standards. Must speak English fluently and be able to provide clear instructions and reports. Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude. Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must have personal hand tools and work boots. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various physical conditions. Must be punctual, hard-working, and dedicated to maintaining high work standards.
