Job Responsibilities:

manage small painting crew mostly painting high end apartments and homes in manhattan and westchester

Qualifications:

must have 10 years in skim coating, taping, painting, staining, spray, high end finishes. Some carpentry knowledge preferred . Must have own tools, transportation, clean driver license, must be meticulous and clean
