2+ years of hands-on waterproofing, drainage, or foundation repair experience Natural leader with strong communication and problem-solving skills Someone comfortable working outdoors, in crawl spaces, and doing physical labor Knowledge of waterproofing systems, tools, and repair techniques Valid driver's license with a clean record Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to doing the job right Ability to read project plans and invoices Comfortable communicating with the customer This Role Is Perfect for
