Role:

This is a great opportunity in a senior field leadership role for an experienced foreman who can run large, complex commercial HVAC and plumbing projects with little supervision. You'll plan the work, manage manpower and materials, lead large crews, and keep every job on schedule, on budget, and safe. You'll be the company's main representative in the field, working directly with general contractors, subcontractors, and project managers. You'll also mentor junior foremen and help develop the next generation of field leaders. Responsibilities:

Supervise and take part in the layout and installation of HVAC and plumbing systems on large commercial projects, making sure work matches plans and specifications Build and manage a 5-week look-ahead planner tied to the project schedule and production goals Plan manpower, materials, and equipment to keep the job running efficiently, and adjust as conditions change Perform material takeoffs, coordinate procurement, and support labor and material cost tracking to protect the budget Lead field crews and delegate work while holding the team accountable for productivity, quality, and safety Serve as the primary field contact for GCs, subcontractors, and project managers, managing jobsite logistics and resolving issues before they become problems Mentor junior foremen and crew members Complete all required documentation, including daily reports, safety huddles, toolbox talks, goal tracking, inspection reports, and manpower updates Enforce jobsite cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance with OSHA and company policies

Requirements:

5+ years of commercial HVAC and/or plumbing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Advanced skill in one trade (HVAC or plumbing) and a strong working knowledge of the other Strong blueprint reading and layout skills Proven ability to run complex projects from planning through completion High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical school Journeyman or Master license (plumbing or mechanical) preferred OSHA 30, or the ability to obtain it before assignment, ASHE certification a plus Able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in all weather and jobsite conditions, and to lift up to 50 lbs
