Compensation:

$32+ per hour (based on experience), overtime, annual performance-based raises and bonuses, 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement. Primary Responsibilities Lead installation crews to ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently. Perform sign installations and service work. Train installation technicians. Ensure all work meets Reed Sign Company's quality standards. Troubleshoot installation challenges and develop field solutions. Communicate with customers and project managers regarding installation progress. Ensure company vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained and used safely. Minimum Qualifications Previous sign installation or closely related experience. High school diploma or GED. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Required to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card to operate commercial vehicles. Willing and able to operate trucks and construction equipment safely. Ability to work in all weather conditions, confined spaces, and at heights exceeding 60 feet. Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and installation drawings. Ability to lift up to 75lbs repeatedly. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating aerial lifts, crane trucks, and excavation equipment. Electrical sign installation experience. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Experience leading installation crews.
