Schedule:

Monday-Friday, typically 8:00 AM-4:30 PM; occasional diff hours depend on Client requirements. The Role We are a growing low-voltage and structured cabling company with a team of 7-10 technicians serving commercial and industrial customers throughout Eastern PA and South NJ. We are looking for a hands-on Field Operations Manager to take ownership of the field team and daily production. This is not a desk job . You will spend most of your time working with technicians, visiting jobsites, solving problems, and making sure projects are completed correctly and on time. What You'll Do Lead and manage our person field team of sr and junior technicians Visit jobsites and monitor production and workmanship Make sure crews have the materials, information, and direction needed to start jobs Hold technicians accountable for quality, productivity, and completion Troubleshoot field issues and keep jobs moving Review plans, scopes, and installation requirements Coordinate with office staff, GCs, property managers, and customers Help train, develop and mentor technicians Verify completed work is ready for closeout and billing What We're Looking For Min 7+ years in structured cabling, low-voltage, electrical, telecom, or a related trade Previous experience as a foreman, service manager, or crew supervisor is desired Strong knowledge of commercial structured cabling Experience with fiber, Cat6, access control, and/or CCTV Able to read plans, blueprints and scopes of work Comfortable leading crews, correcting problems, and enforcing standards Valid driver's license is required Experience working with GCs, contractors, or commercial customers The Right Person You're an experienced field leader ready for the next step in your career .
