Job Description
Jobsite Foreman Pro Framing Inc. | Full-Time | Construction $2,500 Hiring Bonus After 60 Days! Pro Framing Inc. is looking for an experienced Jobsite Foreman to lead our framing crews and keep projects moving safely, efficiently, and on schedule. We are looking for someone who knows framing, can lead a crew, and takes pride in doing the job right the first time. What You'll Do Lead and supervise framing crews on commercial and multifamily projects Direct daily crew activities and keep production on schedule Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints Coordinate with General Contractors and other trades Monitor jobsite safety, quality, and productivity Coordinate materials, equipment, and crane operations Communicate project needs and issues to the Project Superintendent Train and mentor crew members Help resolve jobsite issues and keep work moving Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and company standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite Participate in safety meetings and enforce company safety policies Track manpower and daily production What We're Looking For 3+ years of framing or construction leadership experience Previous foreman or lead carpenter experience preferred Strong knowledge of wood framing and construction practices Ability to read blueprints and construction plans Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable, organized, and accountable Ability to work independently and make decisions in the field Strong commitment to safety and quality Valid driver's license Willingness to travel to projects in the Sioux Falls region.
