Steel Foreman / Framing Foreman Start ASAP | Weekly Pay Job Description We are seeking an experienced Steel Foreman and Framing Foreman to oversee crews on commercial and industrial construction projects. This position is ideal for a motivated leader with experience in steel erection, framing, finish carpentry, concrete and/or general contracting construction. The successful candidate will help coordinate daily jobsite operations, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are completed on schedule and to quality expectations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on construction projects. Coordinate daily work activities and jobsite operations. Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications. Monitor production, quality, and project progress. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction plans. Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and crew members. Identify and resolve jobsite challenges to keep projects moving forward. Promote and enforce a strong safety culture. Schedule Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Must be flexible with hours depending on project/workload Working 50+ hours on average Pay $25/$32 per hour to start Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay Qualifications Previous experience in steel erection, welding, carpentry, concrete, structural construction, or a related field. Prior leadership, foreman, or crew lead experience preferred. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
