Applications from candidates who are not following the page will not be reviewed. About the Role TESIM Electric is hiring a General Foreman for hyperscale data-center work. You'll run the crew day-to-day under the Superintendent - dispatching foremen, keeping installations on schedule, and holding the line on quality and safety at the level GCs expect on mission-critical jobs. What You'll Own Daily crew deployment across multiple foremen and work areas. Direct execution of complex commercial electrical installations. Toolbox talks, safety enforcement, and coach-up of foremen. Escalation to the Superintendent when the schedule or scope needs to shift. Required Qualifications 6+ years of commercial electrical experience, including 2+ leading crews. Working knowledge of NEC and Texas electrical code. Ability to read drawings and specifications and execute installations to plan. OSHA 10 or 30. Preferred Experience Direct data-center or mission-critical field experience.
