Feel free to call for more information. 401(k) with 6% match Health insurance Top Pay PTO Paid holidays Company van, with experience Gas card, with company van Company tools, with company van Job Information About 90% of our work is in the Richmond area, though we occasionally travel to nearby areas such as Charlottesville, Williamsburg, Fredericksburg, and surrounding locations. A typical workday starts at 7:00 AM, but some jobs may start earlier, around 5:00-6:00 AM, or later, around 8:00 AM, depending on the project. Our work ranges from small plumbing repairs that may only take a few hours to large hotel renovations that can last 1-2 years. Materials are usually purchased from Winsupply and Ferguson, or picked up from our shop.
Our shop is located at:
13541 E. Boundary Rd., Ste 112 Midlothian, VA 23112 We also have an in-house mechanic. If your company van needs maintenance or repairs, such as brakes, an oil change, or other service, you can bring it by the shop and he will help get it taken care of. PPE is required on some jobs. Weekend and overtime work is often available, but it is not required. Additional Opportunities We also own DAB Plumbing Service. If you are experienced and would prefer service plumbing, please let us know by phone or email. We are also getting into medical gas work. If you have your
ASSE 6010
certification, that is a huge bonus and may help you stand out, even if you have less general plumbing experience. Design and Build Plumbing was established in 2009 by Damian Thayer Sr. and has grown to a team of over 30 people. We have built a strong reputation in the Richmond area and are proud of the team we have today.

$20.00 - $45.00 per hour
