Build quality. Deliver projects safely. Specialized Construction Services (SCS), headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is seeking an experienced Traveling Industrial Pipe Foreman to lead field operations on industrial construction projects throughout the United States. The immediate assignment is expected to begin late August to early September in Troutville, Virginia , with additional travel opportunities on future projects. This is a traveling position. Qualified candidates from across the United States are encouraged to apply. Position Summary The Industrial Pipe Foreman is responsible for supervising pipe welding and pipefitting crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This individual will coordinate daily field activities, maintain productivity, uphold quality standards, and serve as the primary leader for craft personnel on site.

Schedule:
6 ten-hour shifts per week (60 hours)
Pay:
$40.00 to $45.00 per hour
Per Diem:
Up to $130 per day (subject to change based on project needs) Traveling Position Responsibilities Supervise daily activities of pipe welders, pipefitters, and helpers. Plan and coordinate daily work assignments. Read and interpret isometric drawings, blueprints, and project specifications. Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. Monitor productivity and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards. Coordinate with project management, safety personnel, and other trades. Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce all company and site safety requirements. Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining project progress. Mentor crew members and promote a strong safety culture. Complete daily reports and communicate project status. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of industrial pipe construction experience. Previous experience as a Pipe Foreman or Lead Pipe Welder/Lead Pipefitter required. Strong background in industrial carbon steel piping. Experience leading pipe welding and pipefitting crews. Ability to read isometric drawings and piping specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. OSHA 30 preferred. Valid driver's license. Must be willing to travel throughout the United States.
