General Contractor Laborer Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking a General Contractor Laborer to assist with residential construction projects. This role supports daily job site operations by helping with site preparation, material handling, equipment setup, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. We specialize in home remodels, custom deck construction and rebuilds, finish carpentry, kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions, and a wide range of residential construction and improvement projects. • Assist with site preparation and cleanup
• Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
• Support skilled trades as needed
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Read and follow blueprints and project plans
• Perform basic equipment maintenance
• Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
• Climb ladders and scaffolding and perform physically demanding work Requirements
• Construction experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints is a plus but not required
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork
