Job Description

General Contractor Laborer Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking a General Contractor Laborer to assist with residential construction projects. This role supports daily job site operations by helping with site preparation, material handling, equipment setup, and maintaining a safe, productive work environment. We specialize in home remodels, custom deck construction and rebuilds, finish carpentry, kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions, and a wide range of residential construction and improvement projects. We take pride in delivering quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service on every job. Training Provided No prior experience? No problem. We provide paid, on-the-job training and hands-on mentorship to help you develop the skills needed to succeed. If you're dependable, eager to learn, and willing to work hard, we'll teach you the rest. Responsibilities
  • Assist with site preparation and cleanup
  • Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
  • Support skilled trades as needed
  • Operate hand and power tools safely
  • Read and follow blueprints and project plans
  • Perform basic equipment maintenance
  • Follow OSHA and company safety procedures
  • Climb ladders and scaffolding and perform physically demanding work Requirements
  • Construction experience preferred
  • Ability to read blueprints is a plus but not required
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
  • Understanding of OSHA safety standards
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork

Pay:
$18.00 - $32.00 per hour
