We are looking for an exceptional electrician with at least an RW license and the skills to take on the role of Crew Lead, running our custom residential construction projects. If you are a self-starter that can take on managing a crew, you have clear communication skills and you have team-oriented leadership qualities, we would like to invite you to join our company. As the primary electrician on the jobsite, you will be focusing less on making up boxes, running wire and wiring load centers and more on maintaining a safe, productive job site, managing materials, communicating with the Project Manager, making sure all work is performed up to standard, helping our Apprentices learn the trade, keeping the job on schedule and ensuring the plan set is implemented correctly. In this role you are accountable for running the construction project. In this role, you will need a comprehensive understanding of what will become the new standard of smart homes. We work with custom lighting, home automation, solar + storage integrations and energy demand management systems. Core Responsibilities

Install branch circuits, run wire, nail in electrical boxes, wire in devices??
Own all tasks that are asked of you on a day-to-day basis
General layout and independently running tasks
Advanced understanding of electrical/construction blueprints
Quality assurance and code compliance of job
Operate with very little guidance while maintaining company workmanship standards
Lead by example
Clearly communicate with other staff
Always be looking for ways to improve our processes
Perform excellent electrical work every day
Take pride and ownership in what you do
Keep the crews on task, maintain production schedule
Manage all materials
Collaborate with Project Manager for labor, materials, and forecasting
Training/coaching of junior staff
Inspections with AHJ and accountable to necessary changes
Participate in project kick off meetings with Management Team
Participate in post-job costing analysis with Management Team
Be proactive, look down the road, and offer input to avoid speed bumps that can derail the project
Communicate directly with customers, contractors, designers, and Management Team
Updating as-builts and maintain the current plan set for customer and company records
You are the face of Tesla Electric Company in the field, with the contractors and their foremen
Anticipate and identify roadblocks or obstacles that will delay the project
Change orders, additional part list Qualifications
US work authorization (Required)
Valid driver's license
Clean MVR
Reliable transportation to the jobsite
Pass background check
Must be able to climb ladders and work at heights
Able to lift and carry 50 lbs

Advanced understanding of NEC
Advanced understanding of construction workflow and Project Management
Colorado Electrical RW License with 4 years of RW experience
Can demonstrate how to safely work on live electrical components.
Ability to read blueprints and accurately follow plan set, while delegating instructions to crew.
Demonstrated self-starter
Clearly communicate with the Project Manager

Computer literacy, Microsoft 365, tech savvy Nice to have but not required
CPR and/or first aid
OSHA 10-hour Construction card
