Farm Construction & Maintenance Worker Location:

LaBelle, FL Pay:

$18-22per hour (based on experience)

Full-time, Temporary (Minimum 6 months) with the potential to become a permanent full-time position. About the Role Ethereal Berries Farm is looking for a reliable and hardworking Construction & Maintenance Worker to assist with building projects and general farm maintenance. This position will primarily support the construction of our new farm barn and assist with a variety of farm improvement projects. Responsibilities Assist with construction of the farm barn and other farm structures Use impact drivers, drills, and other hand and power tools Assist with basic plumbing and irrigation installation Perform light handyman and maintenance work Assemble, install, and move materials and equipment Keep work areas clean and organized Follow instructions from the Farm Manager Assist with other farm projects as needed Qualifications Experience using impact drivers, drills, and common power tools Basic construction or handyman experience preferred Basic plumbing experience is a plus Mechanical or farm experience is a plus Able to lift and carry construction materials Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and weather conditions Reliable, dependable, and willing to learn Reliable transportation preferred What We Offer Competitive pay ($18-22/hour depending on experience) Full-time hours Minimum 6-month position Opportunity to become a permanent full-time employee Friendly team environment Opportunity to grow with a modern blueberry farm
