Job Description
Job Overview Triple C Property Solutions is a local, family-owned construction and remodeling company seeking an experienced, dependable Construction Laborer/Remodeling Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with residential renovations and remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall, concrete, pavers, and general construction. We are looking for someone who takes pride in producing quality work, arrives on time, works well with others, and can complete assigned tasks efficiently. Duties and Responsibilities Assist with residential remodeling and renovation projects Complete kitchen and bathroom renovations Install flooring, including LVP, laminate, tile, and other materials Install, repair, finish, and texture drywall Perform demolition, job-site preparation, and cleanup Assist with framing, trim, cabinets, doors, and general carpentry Prepare and install concrete, pavers, and other exterior materials Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Load, unload, and organize tools and materials Follow project plans, instructions, and safety procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and customers Complete additional construction-related duties as assigned Required Skills and Qualifications Previous experience in construction, remodeling, or residential renovations Knowledge of kitchen and bathroom remodeling Experience with flooring, drywall, concrete, pavers, and general construction Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Reliable, responsible, and punctual Able to follow instructions and work independently when needed Able to work effectively as part of a team Must have reliable personal transportation to and from job sites Must be able to perform physical construction work, lift materials, bend, kneel, climb, and work in various weather conditions Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance Having your own basic hand tools is preferred Pay will be based on experience, skill level, and qualifications.
