We fabricate and install aluminum and vinyl balcony railings at new multifamily projects across the southeast. If you are good with a tape measure and a drill, this is the job for you! We are actively growing and have high expectations of these new hires growing with the company and becoming crew leaders and managers. Responsibilities Show up on time and ready to work Take ownership and pride in your work - be willing to problem solve Willing to learn new skills and follow direction Able to read and use a tape measure Comfortable using drills, impact drivers, and common power tools such as circular saws, band saws, and miter saws Work safely and effectively as part of a crew Valid driver's license Legally authorized to work in the U.S. Willing to travel occasionally — typically less than 5 nights per month Experience Prior construction experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated learners Multi-family construction Framing and carpentry Leadership experience is a plus Driving a truck with a pull behind trailer or goose neck trailer - not required, but a plus Fencing and railing experience Project management experience is a plus but not required Compensation We are offering competitive compensation ($22-$40/hr based on experience) Monthly production bonuses Per Diem while traveling Potential for overtime We are looking to hire our future leaders. Pay:
