Duties Assist with the setup and breakdown of construction sites, including material staging and site preparation Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment in accordance with safety protocols to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, finishing, and formwork construction Support carpentry activities including framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and drywall installation Perform rebar installation, concrete forming, concrete pumping, and concrete finishing to ensure structural integrity Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans and specifications Conduct heavy lifting of materials such as lumber, concrete blocks, rebar, and other building supplies while maintaining proper lifting techniques Follow all safety regulations related to construction workplace safety standards, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to OSHA guidelines Experience Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar labor-intensive environment is highly preferred Knowledge of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret blueprint specifications effectively Familiarity with various construction trades such as masonry, roofing, restoration, plastering, stucco application, tile laying, flooring installation, and welding Hands-on experience operating heavy machinery or equipment such as forklifts or concrete pumps is a plus Demonstrated understanding of construction site safety regulations and ability to implement safety protocols consistently Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, bending, climbing ladders or scaffolding during renovation or new build projects Join us if you're eager to develop your skills in a vibrant construction environment where safety is paramount and every contribution counts.
