No prior specialized greenhouse or commercial construction experience is required. We are fully willing to train the right candidate and provide a clear pathway to advance.
Assist skilled workers with tasks specific to specialized structures, including measuring, framing, aligning structural components, and handling specialized coverings.
Site Preparation & Maintenance:
Clean and clear job sites of debris, materials, and scraps. Ensure specialized tools and materials are neatly organized and accounted for.
Material Handling:
Load, unload, and distribute building materials (aluminum extrusions, steel framing, polycarbonate panels, glass) to specific work zones with accuracy.
Tool Operation:
Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools following all training guidelines.
Safety Compliance:
Strict adherence to safety protocols, wearing mandatory PPE, and maintaining an awareness of potential hazards.
Equipment operation:
We will certify and train you on fall protection and scissor lift. Once past probation, certifications will include telehandler, skid steer, excavator etc.
Job Requirements Travel Flexibility:
Must be fully willing and able to travel out of town for 2 to 3 weeks at a time for specific project deployments across the state.
Detail-Oriented Mindset:
Strong ability to follow multi-step spoken instructions and read simple measurements accurately—crucial for structural greenhouse assembly.
Physical Stamina:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted, stand, bend, work at comfortable heights on scissor lifts or ladders, and perform strenuous physical labor for full shifts outdoors in variable weather conditions.
Reliability:
Dependable transportation and a proven track record of excellent punctuality.

Documentation:
Valid driver's license preferred. Must pass a standard background check and pre-employment drug screening. Room to Grow & Career Advancement We believe in promoting from within. Because greenhouse construction is a highly unique, specialized industry, mastering the basics opens up immediate opportunities to climb the ladder: (The Foundation): Learn specialized structural components, basic site safety, tool maintenance, and material layouts alongside a mentor. Month 3-6 (Skill Building): Shadow experienced journeymen in advanced areas like structural framing, specialized glazing, environmental control systems, or masonry. Month 6+ (Leadership & Certification): Eligible for company-sponsored safety certifications on various equipment and a clear pathway toward a Lead Laborer position.
What We Offer Competitive Pay:
Starting wage is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour with scheduled performance and skill-based raises.
Travel Compensation:
Paid travel arrangements, company-provided lodging, and a daily per diem allowance for meals while on the road.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40+ hours per week (typically Monday through Friday, early morning shifts).
