Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Tree Ground Laborer to join our tree care team. This position supports tree removal, trimming, pruning, and cleanup operations while working closely with climbers and equipment operators. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to maintaining a safe job site. Responsibilities Assist tree climbers and crew leaders during tree removal and pruning operations. Operate chainsaws, chippers, blowers, and other landscaping or tree care equipment safely. Drag, stack, and load branches, logs, and debris. Maintain a clean and organized work site. Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance. Work in a variety of weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks. Requirements 1-2 Years of previous tree service, landscaping, or outdoor labor experience. Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license required. Pay:
