We are looking for a dependable Construction Laborer to join our crew. This is a hands-on position assisting with concrete, asphalt, and general construction work.

Job duties include:

Assist with concrete and asphalt work Shovel, rake, lute, broom, and perform general site cleanup Help prepare areas for concrete and asphalt placement Use hand and power tools including saws, jackhammers/pneumatic hammers, concrete saws, and other construction equipment Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment Assist experienced crew members with daily jobsite tasks Maintain a clean and safe work area Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Able to perform physical labor and lift 50+ pounds Dependable and willing to work Able to follow instructions and work as part of a crew Construction experience is preferred but not required CDL is a plus, but not required We are willing to train the right person. This is a good opportunity for someone who wants to learn the construction trade and grow with the company.
