Role:

We are a growing concrete restoration and masonry company looking for reliable and hardworking laborers to join our team. You will start your day at our Lakeville workshop and travel to various job sites around the Greater Boston area and throughout the state.

Requirements:

Experience:

Some general construction experience is preferred (masonry or concrete restoration experience is a major plus, but not required).

Work Ethic:

Must be willing to put in a full 40-hour week, overtime available.

Transportation:

Must have reliable transportation to get to the Lakeville workshop on time.

Physical Ability:

Comfortable with heavy lifting, operating power tools, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:

Assist skilled masons and restoration experts on commercial and residential job sites. Mix materials, prep surfaces, and safely operate basic construction equipment. Load and unload materials at the Lakeville workshop and site locations. Maintain clean and safe work environments.

Pay:

$26.23 - $30.00 per hour
