Job Description Paving Laborer Duties/Responsibilities:

Offload materials such as hand tools, rake, shovels, spray cans etc.
Sweeping, raking, shoveling and moving gravel/other materials by hand or wheelbarrow
Work as part of a team to ensure safe application of asphalt

Essential Function/Physical Requirements:

Bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting 50 to 75 lbs., stand and walk for duration of shift, ability to work in all types of weather conditions. Ability to follow written or verbal instructions. Previous construction experience preferred.
