In this role, you'll support multiple trades and assist with day-to-day job site operations — ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities Operate hand and power tools as directed. Perform basic construction tasks such as measuring, cutting, or moving supplies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures on all job sites. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) consistently to safeguard against workplace hazards. Requirements Previous construction experience preferred. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn .
