In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various building projects by performing hands-on tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and outdoor construction initiatives. Your energy and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple aspects of construction while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of a wide range of building materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks. Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Help with the setup and operation of equipment as needed for site preparation or material handling. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members. Collaborate with supervisors and other tradespeople on tasks such as electrical work, plumbing, window installation, and remodeling projects. Experience Prior construction experience is a bonus but NOT required; candidates with previous experience in building services are highly encouraged to apply. Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently is a plus, but will train.
