Job Description:
This position offers the opportunity to gain experience across multiple construction trades rather than being limited to a single area. Work may include concrete work, carpentry, site cleanup, punch-list work, fixture installation, low-voltage tasks, and general labor responsibilities. Ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to develop a broad construction skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general construction activities on active job sites
- Load, unload, and move materials and tools
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Support skilled tradespeople as needed
- Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
- Complete punch list items and miscellaneous construction tasks
- Follow jobsite safety requirements and procedures
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Lakeville, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
