What You'll Do Every day is different, but responsibilities may include: Assisting with kitchen, bathroom, and whole-home remodels Demolition and job site preparation Loading, unloading, and organizing materials Installing trim, baseboards, casing, and finish carpentry Painting, drywall repairs, sanding, and caulking Flooring installation assistance Job site cleanup and organization throughout the day Protecting clients' homes and belongings Operating power and hand tools safely Picking up materials when needed Working alongside lead carpenters and project managers Learning new skills with opportunities for advancement What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and shows up on time Honest with a strong work ethic Positive attitude and team player Respectful when working inside clients' homes Able to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Mechanically inclined Willing to learn new construction and remodeling skills Takes pride in quality workmanship Has reliable transportation Valid driver's license preferred Experience Experience is appreciated but not required. We are willing to train the right person who has a great attitude and a strong work ethic.
