Job Description
IMKO is now hiring for a Shop Assistant 1st shift in Fulton, MO. Join a hardworking team at a leading concrete fabrication facility. Some construction experience required, along with a willingness to work hard, get dirty, and show up ready to learn. Work is environment is not climate-controlled
•meaning hot in the summer and cold in the winter.
Pay:
$17.00/hour
•
Pay Raises:
After 90 / 180 / 240 days based on performance and attendance 1st
Shift:
6:00 AM
•2:30 PM (Overtime required most nights)
What You'll Do:
Tear down and set up large concrete forms Use hand and power tools (tape measure, hammer, impact drill, flat bar, etc.) Assist with pouring and finishing concrete Keep the worksite clean and organized Perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs occasionally)
What We're Looking For:
Physically capable and reliable workers Able to work in hot or cold environments Comfortable with repetitive labor and standing for long periods Willing to get hands dirty and show up with a team-first mindset Basic tool knowledge is helpful, but we'll train the right candidate
Dress Code Requirements:
Must have steel-toed or composite boots. Jeans or work pants are required. No shorts, joggers, tank tops, crocs, or slides. We offer weekly pay, insurance and more!
