Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. Duties Lead and manage construction crews, assigning tasks and monitoring performance to ensure timely completion of projects Review blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to interpret project requirements accurately Coordinate project schedules using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and Primavera, ensuring alignment with project milestones Oversee safety compliance by enforcing federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and industry best practices on-site Conduct quality control inspections to verify work meets design specifications and regulatory standards Collaborate with project managers to develop budgets, manage resources, and track project progress using tools like HeavyBid and other construction estimating software Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled while maintaining excellent communication across teams Oversee construction schedule coordination, including sequencing activities and managing potential delays or issues proactively Review construction drawings regularly for accuracy and clarity; interpret schematics for on-site implementation Maintain comprehensive documentation including incident reports, daily logs, safety records, and project updates Experience Proven experience managing teams in a construction management role within commercial or heavy civil projects Extensive background in construction site operations with a strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings Hands-on experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management (EPPM), HeavyBid, or similar platforms Demonstrated knowledge of federal construction safety regulations (OSHA) and construction safety management practices Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead diverse crews effectively while fostering teamwork and accountability Familiarity with managing project schedules, budgets, contracts, and quality control processes Experience interpreting technical drawings and schematics; proficient in using tools like ohmmeters for electrical inspections when necessary Knowledge of pipeline projects or heavy infrastructure work is a plus but not required Join us if you're passionate about leading impactful construction projects!
