Job Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Hardscape Laborer, where you will play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces through expert installation of hardscape features. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects, contributing to the creation of beautiful, durable outdoor environments. As a key team member, you'll utilize your construction experience and hands-on skills to execute high-quality masonry, concrete forming, and landscape features while adhering to safety protocols and project plans. If you thrive in outdoor work settings and are eager to develop your skills in hardscape installation, this is the perfect role for you! Duties Assist in the preparation and layout of hardscape elements such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features and decorative stonework based on detailed construction plans and schematics Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and fabrication machinery safely and efficiently Perform concrete finishing, tile laying, and with precision to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal Follow blueprints and schematics accurately while interpreting technical drawings for proper installation procedures Maintain a clean and organized worksite by managing materials such as building materials, glass for installations, caulking compounds, plastering supplies, and other related items Adhere strictly to safety protocols during all phases of outdoor work to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with OSHA standards Requirements Experience with a focus on outdoor projects involving hardscape and or water features Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete finishing tools, and heavy equipment operation Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high safety standards Strong understanding of construction estimating processes and ability to interpret technical schematics for accurate execution Join us as a Hardscape Laborer where your craftsmanship will help craft stunning outdoor spaces!
