Emergency Restoration Technician Full-Time | New Jersey $20-$25/hour + Overtime & On-Call Opportunities Start a Career in Restoration Looking for a hands-on career with long-term growth? Northeast Power Dry is hiring motivated individuals to join our restoration team. Whether you're beginning your career or bringing experience from construction, general labor, or another trade, we'll provide the training and support needed to succeed. As a Emergency Restoration Technician , you'll help homeowners and businesses recover after water damage, mold, and other property emergencies. Weekly pay Paid training and certification assistance Consistent overtime opportunities Typical work weeks of 40+ hours Career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Company vehicle and equipment for eligible positions Responsibilities Travel to residential and commercial properties to assist with emergency restoration projects Perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, drying, and cleanup services Set up, inspect, and monitor drying equipment Safely remove damaged materials while following company procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicate professionally with homeowners and fellow team members Assist Crew Chiefs with project completion and daily job responsibilities Help ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high-quality workmanship Qualifications Valid driver's license required Dependable with strong attendance and a positive attitude Comfortable performing physical work in a variety of environments Able to lift equipment and work in crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces Available to work overtime and participate in an after-hours on-call rotation Strong teamwork and customer service skills Experience That Helps (Not Required) Construction or demolition Water mitigation or mold remediation Plumbing, carpentry, or other skilled trades General labor experience IICRC certifications Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Referral bonus program Paid training and certification support Advancement opportunities within a growing company Since 1996, Northeast Power Dry has helped homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected property damage through professional restoration and reconstruction services.
