Job Description
Busy Commercial Contractor seeking a jack of all trades Construction Technician. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC experience is preferred. Must have reliable transportation and a clean and Valid NY State Driver's License. We service Nassau and Suffolk.. We offer the following services and prefer if you have prior experience:
- General Carpentry
- from minor wall patching to full dry-wall build outs
- Commercial Carpentry
- from doors that don't close correctly to complete welding services
- Electrical
- from outlet installations to installing switch gears
- Plumbing
- from fixing leaking toilets to complete water and gas service upgrades
- HVAC
- from adjusting airflow to rooftop unit replacements
- Bathroom Renovations
- from bathroom partitions to appliances and fixtures
- Parking Lot Maintenance
- from line striping and pot hole repairs to sweeping and curb repairs
- Concrete & Masonry
- from crack repairs and grinding concrete smooth to removing and pouring new slabs
- Flooring
- from striping and waxing to carpeting and hardwood floor installations
- Board Up & Glass Services
- Emergency Response Services
