Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Contractor Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. Duties Assist crew members with general construction tasks Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Prepare and maintain clean, safe job sites Operate basic hand and power tools as needed Assist with measuring, positioning, and securing materials under supervision Help move and organize materials when required Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors Conduct site inspections to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality expectations during remodeling and new construction projects. Maintain a clean and organized job site by properly handling building materials and disposing of debris according to safety guidelines. Skills Construction or general labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to work at heights when needed Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn Ability to work well in a team environment Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans is encouraged but not a requirement. Strong skills in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of safety protocols specific to construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure compliance. Outdoor work experience demonstrating adaptability across various weather conditions. Pay:
