Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Construction Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this vital role, you will be actively involved in a variety of hands-on tasks that keep our projects moving forward efficiently and safely. Duties Assist with the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks such as moving supplies, equipment, and materials around the site Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively under supervision Support concrete work by mixing, pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction Install rebar, metal studs, framing, and perform masonry or stucco work as needed Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction according to plans Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site Skills Strong mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating processes Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately for various construction tasks Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation Understanding of construction safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Skilled in interpreting technical schematics and working on diverse construction projects such as flooring installation or heavy lifting tasks This role is ideal for individuals passionate about building trades who thrive in active environments.
