WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for experienced construction professionals who have hands-on experience in residential construction, renovation, and remodeling. Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

• Carpentry & framing
• Drywall installation & finishing
• Interior & exterior painting
• Tile installation
• Flooring
• Kitchen & bathroom remodeling
• Doors, trim & finish work
• Demolition & general construction
• Residential renovation Duties Assist with concrete pouring, finishing, cutting, and formwork construction to create solid foundations and structures.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as rebar installation, concrete pumping, and masonry work. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of construction plans. Support carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, and roof installation. Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, erecting formwork, and handling heavy lifting activities. Follow all safety protocols related to construction workplace safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for everyone on site. Collaborate with team members on diverse projects such as restoration, renovation, stucco application, caulking, flooring installation, and masonry work. Qualifications Proven experience working on construction projects with knowledge of various trades including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work. Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction estimating are highly desirable. Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics accurately. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, concrete mixers, concrete cutting equipment, and heavy machinery operation. Strong understanding of construction safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times. Physical stamina for heavy lifting and prolonged periods of standing or working at heights. Prior experience in concrete forming, rebar installation, plastering, roofing, or restoration is a plus. Requirements Previous professional construction experience Ability to perform quality work with attention to detail Knowledge of construction tools and job-site safety Reliable, responsible, and punctual Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to travel to job sites throughout Westchester and surrounding areas Driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Join us in building the future!
