Job Description

Construction Worker, Laborer, or General Contractor Full-Time, Hourly position The positions we are looking to fill involve construction/capital improvements in Tannersville, NY. Please reach out to directly alten.jc@gmail.com if interested.

Duties and responsibilities:

Work with others in a team atmosphere. Maintain a safe and orderly work environment. Observe safety requirements and regulations at all times. Minimize waste and maximize efficiency to reduce costs. Demonstrate basic general knowledge of construction best practices. Complete work according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards. Identify potential issues and communicate them to the Project Manager. Must be experienced in below phases of construction, or some experience with a willingness to learn: Carpentry Roofing Drywall Plumbing General Construction Necessary skills: Must be able to work independently. Strong communication and organizational skills. Reliable attendance and dependability.

Other requirements:

Must have reliable transportation Valid Driver's License PPE (hardhat, steel toes, etc.) Basic Tools Pay will be based on experience. Please reach out directly to alten.jc@gmail.com if interested.
