Overview We are seeking a dedicated CDL Paving Laborer/Operator to join our team. This role involves operating paving equipment, labor, and using your cdl to haul equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe execution of paving operations while maintaining equipment and supporting overall project success. Duties Operate paving equipment to lay asphalt efficiently and accurately according to project specifications Drive commercial trucks to transport materials, equipment, and personnel to and from job sites Assist in asphalt paving activities, including preparing surfaces and spreading materials as needed Perform routine maintenance on paving machinery and trucks to ensure optimal performance and safety Support the setup and teardown of paving sites, including safety checks and site organization Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment Experience Prior experience operating paving equipment such as pavers, rollers, or related machinery is preferred Commercial truck driving experience required, with a valid CDL license Knowledge of asphalt paving processes and techniques is advantageous Ability to perform equipment maintenance and basic repairs is beneficial Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety are essential qualities for success in this role

Pay:

$21.00 - $28.00 per hour
