Job Description

Key Responsibilities Site Preparation & Rigging:

Layout site locations, organize materials, and assist with assembling primary steel trusses, purlins, and bracing.

Fabric Installation:

Unroll, pull, and fit heavy fabric membranes or keder panels into tracking systems.

Accessory Assembly:

Install end walls, personnel doors, cargo doors, and ventilation systems.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all OSHA standards, complete Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), and utilize required fall protection when working from heights.

Qualifications & Requirements Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and perform repetitive tasks like bending, kneeling, and pulling. Comfort with

Heights:

Ability to safely use ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts.

Tool Proficiency:

Experience using basic hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, wrenches, and ratchets).

Licensing:

A valid driver's license is required; DOT certification and equipment certifications (forklift, aerial lift) are highly preferred.

Travel Flexibility:

Willingness to travel to temporary project sites and adapt to changing on-site weather conditions. This job is a 1099 subcontractor position and will require you to fill out a hold harmless and indemnification agreement if you do not have workman's comp on yourself you can provide proof of prior to beginning work. Pay is paid in full upon job completion. This job should take 1-2 days. You will get paid for 2 days if we hammer it out in one day. Willing to fly or bus the right individual to the next job that has a high motivation to get things done in a safe timely manner. Jobs can last anywhere from 1-30 days and I take care of lodging and food while on the road so you take your full pay home as it will not cost you anything other than your time away from home.
