We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our drainage and excavation crew. This is a labor-intensive, hands-on position that includes digging, hauling materials, working in trenches, and operating machinery and equipment.

Pay:

$17-$28/hour based on experience and performance. We are willing to pay above this range for someone with significant French drain/drainage experience who knows what they are doing and can work independently. Experience in any of the following is a plus: Exterior French drains Interior French drains Basement waterproofing Dye testing House trap replacement Channel drains and catch basins Sump pump installation Concrete work Landscaping and grading Utility work Excavation and equipment operation Construction, excavation, drainage, or landscaping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train someone who is dependable, hardworking, and willing to learn. The ideal candidate is someone who shows up on time, works well with a crew, isn't afraid of physical work, and takes pride in doing the job correctly.
