The ideal candidate is motivated, works well with a crew, and takes pride in keeping residential and commercial properties looking clean and professional. This is a hands-on position involving mowing, trimming, blowing, and general landscape maintenance. Responsibilities Mow both residential and commercial properties using commercial-grade equipment String trim around buildings, curbs, fences, trees, and other obstacles Blow off sidewalks, parking lots, entrances, and other paved areas Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials Maintain a clean and organized work truck and equipment Follow crew leader instructions and complete work efficiently Maintain a professional appearance and attitude on job sites Work safely and efficiently in various weather conditions Qualifications Previous landscaping or mowing experience preferred Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors for extended periods Ability to perform physical work and lift equipment/materials Must be a team player with a strong work ethic Valid driver's license prefered What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work Opportunities for advancement Professional equipment and work environment Potential for increased responsibility and leadership opportunities If you're dependable, hardworking, and want to be part of a growing landscaping company, we want to hear from you.
