In this role, you will assist with site preparation, material handling, basic demolition, and equipment setup for data centers and tech-enabled offices. You'll help install cable trays, server racks, and related physical infrastructure under supervision while maintaining clean, safe work areas. Working closely with tech and construction teams, you'll follow detailed instructions, safety standards, and project timelines, gaining exposure to cutting-edge technology environments and opportunities for growth. Responsibilities Assist construction and infrastructure teams with site preparation, equipment setup, and material handling for IT facility projects Perform basic demolition, cleaning, and disposal tasks to maintain safe and organized work areas Support installation of cable trays, server racks, and related physical infrastructure under supervision Operate hand and power tools safely following company and OSHA guidelines Load, unload, and move materials and equipment within data center and office construction sites Follow project plans, instructions, and safety protocols from supervisors and project managers Conduct basic inspections of tools, equipment, and workspaces, reporting issues promptly Collaborate with cross-functional tech and facilities teams to meet project timelines Required Skills Construction site safety Material handling Use of hand tools Use of power tools Basic demolition Blueprints and layout reading (basic) Cable management and routing support Equipment setup and staging Hazard identification Team collaboration
