Eastern Roofing Systems, Inc. is seeking a dependable, motivated Commercial Roofing Service Laborer and Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to join our growing Service Department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and working outdoors. You'll assist experienced service technicians in diagnosing and repairing leaks while helping maintain commercial roofing systems throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania. Responsibilities Assist with commercial roof inspections and leak investigations. Perform roofing repairs on EPDM, TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, and metal roofing systems. Install roof patches, flashing repairs, pipe boots, pitch pockets, and sealants. Repair and replace damaged flashing, seams, drains, scuppers, coping, and edge metal. Clean and unclog roof drains and drainage systems. Assist with installing walk pads, curbs, roof penetrations, and rooftop equipment supports. Remove and replace damaged roofing materials as needed. Help identify and document roof deficiencies with photos and written service reports. Load, unload, and transport roofing materials, tools, and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all OSHA and company safety procedures. Travel to various commercial job sites throughout the region. Qualifications Construction or roofing experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate. Ability to work comfortably at heights and on rooftops. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the workday. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic with dependable attendance. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred. OSHA 10 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).
