Job Summary We have immediate openings for Grading Crew Laborers to join our grading and hauling crews. You must be hard-working, reliable, and willing to perform various tasks that are required on the work site. We prefer candidates who have at least one year of experience in a related field but are willing to train the right person. As a Grading Crew Laborer , you will support equipment operators and supervisors with site preparation, grading, material handling, and general labor tasks. Duties Assist equipment operators and supervisors with daily grading operations Set grade stakes and help with project layout Load, unload, and move materials across the job site Use tools such as shovels, rakes, hand tools, and compactors Spot equipment to ensure safety during operations Clean and maintain job sites, equipment, and tools Follow directions, maintain safety, and contribute to a productive, respectful crew environment Requirements Previous construction,landscaping or grading experience is a plus, but many positions offer on-the-job training. Familiar with common manual and power tools and equipment. Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, stand, and lift repeatedly Reliable, punctual, and able to work on your feet all day
