Job Description J.C. Ramsdell has been in the geomembrane liner industry, for over 30 years. Our job sites are nationwide, primarily in the midwestern states. Our ideal candidate will travel and install liner, and work to excel themselves within the crew. JC Ramsdell is looking for full-time employees working towards a long-term position within the company. The company is a unique construction company that requires knowledge of the industry and techniques in geomembrane installation, prior to advancement. Position has the opportunity for advancement to a supervisor position. The progression of the position within the company will be dependent on individual skill set. Position is full-time with year-round employment available. Responsibilities and DutiesPosition requires travel, with a home base of South Dakota (Sioux Falls).Travel with crew to sites throughout the United States. Crew travels approximately 160 days a year, and returns to home base between sites, working shop hours when not on the road (located in Flandreau,SD).Labor intensive, must be able to safely lift 100 pounds.Grinding, extrusion welding, wedge welding and testing using tensiometer.

Qualifications and Skills:
We are looking for self-motivated, independent thinking people that realize that their growth within our company is based on their individual ability to excel. Possession of a valid Driver's License, is required. Ability to pass employment drug and alcohol screening. Strong work ethic with good communication skills, both orally and in writing.Compensation:
