Job Title:

Groundskeeping & Erosion Control Laborer Job Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team as a Groundskeeping & Erosion Control Laborer. This position involves outdoor work maintaining job sites, installing erosion control measures, and assisting with general site upkeep. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work and being outside.

Responsibilities:

Perform general groundskeeping and property maintenance Install and maintain erosion control systems (silt fence, wattles, matting, rock check dams, seeding, etc.) Operate hand tools and light equipment Mow, trim, weed eat, and maintain clean job sites Assist with site cleanup and stormwater management practices Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors

Qualifications:

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor Experience in landscaping, construction, or erosion control is a plus (not required) Strong work ethic and reliability Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
