Full-Time-TEMPORARY From:
10/03/2026 to 07/03/2027; 6 Positions Available.
Fence Erector:
Will erect and repair metal and wooden fences and fence gates around highways, industrial establishments, residences, using hand power tools. Monday-Friday; 8AM - 5PM (1hr Lunch). Wages paid biweekly. 40hrs/week. Employer will use a single workweek for computing wages due. No minimum Job requirements; Multiple worksites within area of intended employment in Bandera County in Texas. Salary $19.37/hr. Overtime $29.05. Employer will make all deductions required by law from the worker's paycheck Optional Housing will be offered to employees for a low rate of $120.00 bi-weekly. The living cost will be deducted from worker's paycheck biweekly or they are free to choose where to live at their expense. If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.78 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. Employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. Employer will provide transportation to/from jobsites from a central pick up location; Employer will provide tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job at no cost. Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12 week period of the total employment period. Apply at nearest
