Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials, including flooring, cabinetry, doors, windows, and trim carpentry. Painting Interior and exterior of Homes Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform various construction tasks. Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols. Collaborate with team members on site to complete remodeling and building projects efficiently. Follow safety procedures diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel. Must be able to pass Background Check and have a Valid Drivers License Must be Dependable Experience Prior construction site experience is highly preferred; familiarity with construction projects is a plus. Hands-on experience with building material installation, window installation, door hanging, and flooring is desirable. Experience operating power tools and heavy equipment enhances your ability to contribute effectively.
